Buffalo tattoos are not as uncommon as you might first think. Posted on the urban planning subreddit the OP wondered which city was tattooed on this man’s arm. Commenter trainmaster611 uses his powers of deduction to come to the conclusion:
“The radial street plan over the street grid is indicative of American cities in the midwest and the Great Lakes region. Because the city is on the water, that narrows it down a lot. However, because America is positioned on the southern side of the lakes, every American city of this size is positioned so that the lakeshore is either to the north or to the east of the city, except for one — Buffalo, New York.”
